At Purel Care Herbal Products, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality herbal hair care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only for products that are:

  • Received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Incorrect items delivered due to our error.
  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging to help us process your request quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
  • If a return is approved due to our error or a defective product, Purel Care will bear the return shipping costs.
